My memories of Jackie ‘The blue bus or the red bus’ Not any bus… to ferry 7 kids to school and back – Jackie safely delivered or collected us from school each day, for most of the years of Becket School. ‘Cycling on bikes around caravans’ I have vivid memories of us cycling at the holiday parks – round and round the caravans!! ‘Jackie and Mum on rollerskates’ Coming back to the villa at Center Parcs, to find that Mum and Jackie had been out on our rollerblades!! ‘Jackie carrying ‘EVERYTHING’ in the USA’ Jackie laden with all of the needs of the day – water, sunglasses, suncream, sunhats, snacks and the ‘video camera’ in its huge case complete with VHS tape!! ‘Beautiful Jackie’ I must have met Jackie when Clare and Emma were around 5 years old, so more than 35 years ago – we were very close as a family growing up and shared some wonderful memories together – holidays, trips, school journeys, Center Parcs, USA, Caravan holidays, BBQ’s, spending Christmas Eve together for many, many years – always lovely.. What a sad time – I will remember the warmth, love and generosity of Jackie, her fun, her happiness, her smile. She will be greatly missed and I thank her for so many wonderful times, for giving so much to my life and to our family. Love to you all Sarah xxx Sarah Trill (Dillon)
