Jackie was always so warm and friendly, always happy to have us round or to give us lifts anywhere when we were younger. In later years, it was nice to spend more time with her wedding dress shopping with Clare and to see her so happy when Clare and Phil got married and as a proud grandma to Max and Edie. I won’t forget the kind words she spoke to me after my Dad’s funeral last year. She will be greatly missed. Jackie’s reaction when Clare went to get her nose pierced one school lunchtime was brilliant.
